Refund Policy
At Karien Creates, we take great care in creating personalized gifts tailored to your specifications. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.
Refunds & Replacements
We will only offer a refund or replacement if:
- There is an error on our end (e.g., incorrect name, design, or item received).
- The item arrives damaged due to our packaging or handling.
If you believe you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- A clear photo of the item and the issue.
- Your order number.
Once we review and confirm the issue, we will offer a replacement or refund as applicable.
Return Shipping
If a return is required due to an error on our end, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if a return is approved for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
